State Trustee Report
Dear Brothers and Sisters,

My position as State Trustee for Lodge 25 requires me to regularly attend State Executive Board
meetings and monitor the different programs and issues the State is involved with.  At our
regular membership meetings I present a Trustees Report informing the membership of what
was discussed at the State Board meetings.  In addition to these formal Trustee Reports, I will
now present reports to you on our website on a more regular basis as they occur in real time.
State Executive Board Meeting
Due to the absence of State Trustee Neal Guendel this meeting was attended by Robert Guendel,
1st Vice President, Lodge 25.

Topics discussed were as follows:

1.   New ID cards will start in December.  If Lodges would like to designate a meeting where
members can have their ID taken, the State will arrange to come to this meeting to take the
Lodge photo ID’s.

2.   If anyone needs State assistance for their Lodge they have to fill out a State Lodge
Assistance Form (ie, medical expenses, fund raisers, or donations).  Request has to come from
the Lodge President.

3.   Local Lodges are to send a copy of their meeing minutes to the State Lodge for the new
board of officers.

4.   Toy drive - 2 weeks left to bring a toys to State HQ's at 911 Police Plaza.

5.   Police your new members before accepting any applications.  Be sure to verify their ID.

6.   Continue membership drive. The more members the better.

7.   Raffles brought in $7,200.00.

8.   Great Adventure trip made  a $5,000.00 profit.  A great time was had by all.

                                              HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL!
