The Defensive Driving Course ( information)
Future classes will be scheduled based on the attendance, If you would like to attend you
may bring your family members, relatives or friends to the class... The cost is $35.
Your benefit is that you can save 10% on your Car Insurance for the next 3 years..
The class is held at the Hicksville 911 FOP HQ.

2012 Membership applications Our yearly membership and renewal process will be starting in the month of September. ( click for Application Forms )
Applications / renewals will be accepted and processed for those in attendance at this meeting (bring your check)
We encourage all members to participate and enlist a friend or an associate member.
Support your lodge and attend the meeting, bring an active or associate member and introduce them to your fellow members.

Dear Fellow FOP Member:
The "Law Enforcement Safety Act"
This law allows Retired Law Enforcement officers, who get CERTIFIED by a Law Enforcement Certified Instructor and can carry a handgun in any of our 50 States.
The charge is $50 for one gun OR $75 for two guns for a one-year certification.
The law states that this certification be taken each year. (12 months after the last certification)
If you are interested you must call our Lodge 25 member 'Jerry ' at 516 882-0233. Jerry will send you all the required documentation for the certification by mail. DON'T FORGET TO MENTION Lodge 25 !

On March 3, 2012 Lodge 25 will participate in the 8th Annual Polar Plunge which
will be held at North Hempstead Beach Park Port Washington L I .
President Robert Guendel and lodge members will join hundreds of other
supporters to raise funds for the Special Olympics New York.
As in previous years we are asking donations of $100 to benefit their
athletes.
For the donation you will have your Lodge or Club listed as a sponsor on
the back of the sweat shirt along with receiving one (1) of the finished
printed shirts
It cost $450 a year for training (facilities,competition,trips,lodging) each
athlete

Lodge 25 would like to extend a thanks to all of it's members who support
this event, and a special thanks goes to the Nassau County Police Officers
for their support each year to this event
