Lodge member and former shipmate Frank Biondo (NYPD Ret. Lieut.)
is looking for any former shipmates to contact him regarding this historic event.
Nassau County Lodge 25
Hello to my Ware shipmates and friends of the Ware!

Chairman Tom Spicer has given me the OK to send this 2007 reunion info heads up.

Many of you have previously suggested that our reunions be held in a month other than May because of
conflicts with graduation ceremonies, christenings, communions, etc..  I am glad to report that the 2007
reunion dates will be June 27th - July 1st, 2007.

I just got back from Quincy/Boston, Massachusetts where we will hold our next reunion and celebrate the
40th anniversary of the Ware's service in Vietnam.  It will be held in a top shelf hotel, the Marriott, in
Quincy which is right outside Boston.  It has a great restaurant and pub on site and historic tours
planned.

I need all your support to help make this a successful reunion in honoring those Vietnam vets.  Please
pass the word to other mates you are in contact with to come out and honor these vets.  Skipper Neville
is approaching 80 years old and if he can make it from Florida, so should many others.  We do not want
to disappoint him and our Vietnam vets.

Friday Afternoon and evening will be devoted to the Vietnam theme with a ceremony honoring our Ware
Vietnam Vets out on a large hotel patio and a buffet dinner across the patio in a large ballroom.
It will be something not only our vets will be proud of, but all "Waremen" and family members present.

We do not forget our Vietnam Vets in our organization.  Future reunions will honor our WWII and Korean
War Vets.

The Chairperson Tom Spicer and Walt and Terry Collier have devoted 6 days in the area at their own
expense to see that this reunion is one that all will enjoy.

Looking forward to seeing you all the 2007 reunion!
Dear Shipmates and Friends of the Ware,

Wareman L.J.Dannefelt has created his own Ware web site.   He would appreciate if you
would make a visit and leave a comment...
